The Delhi Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Bill, 2026, issued vide Circular No. F. No. 21/8/DSAE(A)/2026/LAS-VIII/Legn./16203 dated 9 January 2026, proposes amendments to the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954. The Bill aims to update and streamline regulatory provisions governing shops and commercial establishments in Delhi. The amendments will come into force from the date notified by the Government of NCT of Delhi through publication in the Official Gazette.
