The Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide S.O. 5313(E), has released a Notification regarding the implementation of the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Scheme in 25 districts of Madhya Pradesh. The notification provides for the implementation of the ESI Scheme in the specified districts, extending the applicable social security and medical benefit framework to eligible employees and their families. Employers, establishments, employees, and other stakeholders in the concerned districts are advised to refer to the official notification for details regarding the areas covered, applicability, effective date, registration, and other compliance requirements under the ESI Scheme.
