The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), vide Circular F.No.  , has issued directions to its field offices regarding the conduct of awareness and outreach activities on the Code on Social Security, 2020. The initiative aims to enhance awareness among employers, employees, stakeholders, and the general public about the key provisions, benefits, and objectives of the social security framework introduced under the Code. Through targeted outreach programs, workshops, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities, ESIC seeks to facilitate better understanding and effective implementation of social security measures across various sectors. Field offices have been instructed to actively participate in disseminating information and promoting compliance awareness. Stakeholders are advised to refer to the circular for detailed instructions and implementation guidelines.
