The circular introduces a streamlined Aadhaar-based registration process for newly insured employees and outlines mandatory compliance requirements for employers. Employers must complete online IP registration within 10 days of an employee's appointment, while Aadhaar validation must be completed within 30 days to ensure uninterrupted ESIC benefits. Aadhaar authentication can be performed during registration using biometric devices, after registration by the employer or Branch Manager, or through self-service face authentication using the ESIC Health Connect App. The circular also details the verification workflow for matched and mismatched demographic data, including ABHA declaration, e-Pehchan card generation, and Branch Manager approval where required.
