The Government of Haryana, vide No. 25744-860, has released a Notification regarding the implementation of minimum wages for petty establishments. The notification provides for the applicability and implementation of prescribed minimum wage provisions for employees engaged in covered petty establishments in Haryana. Employers, establishment owners, employees, HR professionals, and payroll teams are advised to refer to the official notification for details regarding applicable wage rates, covered establishments, effective date, employee categories, and other compliance requirements.
