How It Works
Choose a salary policy (PF type, ESI, bonus rules, PT/LWF states etc.) that applies to all employees in this batch. Settings with ✨ have custom allowances (Pro feature).
The template has all required columns pre-labelled. Fill one row per employee with their current salary components. The gross column is used directly as the restructuring target — the salary engine will recompute a compliant structure around it.
The current_basic acts as the floor — the restructured basic will never be set below the employee's existing basic.
