The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide G.O.Rt.No. 39, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Code on Wages (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2026. The draft rules aim to operationalise the Code on Wages within the State, covering provisions related to minimum wages, payment of wages, bonus, and wage compliance mechanisms. Employers, employees, and other stakeholders are advised to review the draft notification and submit objections or suggestions within the prescribed timeframe as specified therein.
