The Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide G.O.Rt.No. 41, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Industrial Relations (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2026. The draft rules are framed under the Industrial Relations Code and aim to regulate matters relating to trade unions, standing orders, dispute resolution, and industrial relations compliance within the State. Employers, trade unions, and other stakeholders are advised to review the draft provisions and submit objections or suggestions within the stipulated period as specified in the notification.
