The Government of Rajasthan, vide S.O. 152, has released the Draft Code on Wages (Rajasthan) Rules, 2026 in line with the provisions of the Code on Wages, 2019. The draft rules lay down the procedural and compliance framework relating to fixation of wages, payment of wages, minimum wages, and related matters within the state. The draft notification has been issued for public consultation, and stakeholders are advised to review the provisions carefully and submit their suggestions or objections within the prescribed time period as mentioned in the notification.
