The Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide G.S.R. 930(E), has issued the Draft notification of the Industrial Relations (Central) Rules, 2025. The draft rules aim to give effect to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 by outlining procedures related to trade unions, standing orders, dispute resolution, strikes, lockouts, and layoffs. Stakeholders are invited to review the draft and submit comments or suggestions within the period specified in the notification.
