The Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide G.S.R. 934(E), has issued the Draft notification of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2025. The draft rules aim to operationalize the OSH&WC Code, 2020 by laying down detailed provisions on workplace safety, health standards, welfare facilities, and compliance requirements. Stakeholders have been invited to review and submit comments or suggestions as per the procedure outlined in the draft notification.
