The Government of Rajasthan, vide Notification S.O. 162, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Rajasthan Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2026. The draft rules aim to regulate occupational safety, health standards, and working conditions for establishments in the State in line with the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code.
