The Administrator of the Union Territory of Ladakh, vide S.O. 223, has issued the Final Notification of the Industrial Relations (Ladakh) Rules, 2026. The notification formally notifies the rules governing industrial relations in the Union Territory in accordance with the applicable labour law framework. Employers, industrial establishments, HR professionals, trade unions, and other stakeholders are advised to review the official notification to understand the provisions and ensure compliance with the newly notified rules.
