The Government of Uttar Pradesh, vide No. 1431/XXXVI-3–2026-1399661, has issued the Final Notification of the Uttar Pradesh Code on Social Security Rules, 2026. The notification establishes the framework for implementation of social security provisions in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the applicable labour law framework. Employers, establishments, HR professionals, employees, and other stakeholders are advised to review the final notification to understand the applicable provisions, compliance requirements, registration procedures, and obligations under the newly notified Uttar Pradesh Code on Social Security Rules, 2026.
