The Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Rt.No. 14, has issued a notification declaring 11 February 2026 as an election holiday in view of the municipal elections scheduled on that date. The holiday has been declared to enable eligible voters to exercise their franchise without hindrance. Employers and establishments in the notified areas are advised to comply with the directions contained in the notification and grant the election holiday as prescribed.
