The Government of Tripura, vide Notification No. F.69(80)-LAB/ENF/IRC/2025, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Tripura Industrial Relations Rules, 2026. The draft rules are framed under the Industrial Relations Code and seek to regulate matters relating to trade unions, standing orders, dispute resolution, and industrial relations compliance within the State. Employers, trade unions, and other stakeholders are advised to examine the draft provisions carefully and submit objections or suggestions within the stipulated period as specified in the notification.
