The Government of Tripura, vide Notification No. F.21(80)-LAB/ENF/SSC/2025, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Tripura Social Security Rules, 2026 under the Social Security Code. The draft rules seek to regulate implementation of social security provisions relating to provident fund, employee insurance, gratuity, and welfare measures for organised and unorganised workers within the State. Stakeholders are advised to review the draft notification carefully and submit objections or suggestions within the prescribed timeframe as specified therein.
