The Government of Tripura, vide Notification No. F.22(80)-LAB/ENF/CoW/2025, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Tripura Wages Rules, 2026 under the Code on Wages. The draft rules aim to regulate minimum wages, payment of wages, bonus, and related wage compliance matters within the State. Employers, employees, and other stakeholders are advised to review the draft provisions and submit objections or suggestions within the stipulated period as specified in the notification.
