The Government of Tripura, vide Notification No. F.97(50)-LAB/ENF/OSHWC/2025, has issued a Draft Notification proposing the Tripura Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2026. The draft rules aim to regulate workplace safety, health standards, and working conditions across establishments in the State in alignment with the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code. Stakeholders are invited to review the draft provisions and submit objections or suggestions within the prescribed timeframe as specified in the notification.
