The Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide G.S.R. 847(E), has released an Amendment Notification to the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 2026 under the EPF framework. The notification introduces amendments to the provisions of the Employees’ Pension Scheme applicable to covered members and establishments. Employers, employees, HR and payroll professionals, and other stakeholders are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed information regarding the amended provisions, applicability, effective date, and related compliance requirements under the EPS, 2026.
