The Government of Rajasthan, vide S.O.41, has issued the Final Notification of the Rajasthan Industrial Relations Rules, 2026. The notification provides the framework for implementation and regulation of industrial relations provisions in the State of Rajasthan under the applicable labour law framework. Employers, industrial establishments, HR professionals, trade unions, and other stakeholders are advised to refer to the official notification to understand the updated rules, compliance requirements, and obligations under the newly notified Rajasthan Industrial Relations Rules, 2026.
