EPFO has introduced the Employees Enrolment Campaign (EEC) 2025, enabling employers to declare employees who were missed from PF coverage between 1 July 2017 and 31 October 2025. The scheme, active from 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026, allows employers to pay only their PF share along with interest and administrative charges, while the employee’s past share is fully waived and damages are capped at ₹100 per employee. Only one declaration per establishment is permitted, with authentication via UMANG and online ECR filing. Employers opting for EEC 2025 may also receive benefits under the PM Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana.
